Hanoi is gearing up to enhance the visitor experience with the launch of a brand new double-decker bus tour connecting the city center to the renowned Bat Trang pottery village.
This exciting addition of the Double Decker bus tour, dubbed CITR No. 4, will take passengers on a scenic journey from the heart of Hanoi, departing from Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square by Hoan Kiem Lake. The service will operate weekdays (Monday to Friday) with weekend departures (Saturday and Sunday) starting from the nearby Dien Hong flower garden. The tour culminates at the Bat Trang Pottery Museum, offering a fascinating glimpse into the village’s rich ceramic heritage.
“The new service is expected to enhance the experience of both domestic and foreign visitors when coming to Hanoi,” says the municipal People’s Committee. This initiative aligns perfectly with Hanoi’s reputation as a city steeped in history and cultural treasures, often referred to as the “land of a thousand years of civilization.”
The double-decker bus tour adds to Hanoi’s existing fleet of sightseeing tours, featuring both open-top double-decker and single-decker options.
